What Causes Lump Above Cheekbone After Recovering From Cold?
Question: hi, I felt today a lump just above my upper right cheekbone around 4 cm away from the ear and 3 cm from the eye. It moves slightly around and is not painful. I had a cold for the last two weeks and before fall allergies with running nose and sneezing for 6 weeks.

X-ray of Sinuses and ENT Doctors Second opinion if need be-if the following treatement does not relieve your complaints-
Hot Fomentation of the Cheek area,
Decongestant and Antiallergic-Tab Advil(Brufen +Psuedoephedrine) 1 x 3 times a day x 5 days
Antibiotics like-Tab Ofloxacin 200 mgm 1 x 2 times a day x 5-7 days
Steam Inhalations-for Draining the blocked sinuses
Plenty of Fluids to maintain proper hydration fo proper drainagae of the sinuses,
Bland diet
Tab Bplex fort to supplement vitality
This would help you in 1 weeks time
