Brief Answer:
Low back muscle spasm causing the straightening. Needs further investigatio

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Lumbar bone straightening is usually due to tightening or spasm of the back muscles, which can be due to bad posture, slip disc, or other spinal diseases.

It is advisable to take a course of NSAIDs and muscle relaxants like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.

Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights,

If the pain persists then get an MRI done of the lumbosacral spine.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
