Thank you for your help and consideration Dr. XXXXXXX

Here are answers to your questions. 1) The progress of my symptoms have continued to progress. The pain is greater, and I feel very bloated in my abdomen (like I have eaten way too much, but I haven't been eating very much at all). I am still having loose stools most of the day and there is pain when I walk, pee or have a stool.

2. Going to the bathroom, standing for long times, and sometimes walking aggravates it. I haven't really found much to relieve it.

3. I haven't been taking anything for this problem. I have been trying to avoid pain relievers (like ibuprofen or aspirin). I take a lot of meds (for HBP, psoriatic arthritis, and nerve pain [I have a left leg below the knee amputation]) but the only one that has changed in the last month is I stopped taking Lisinopril+HCTZ and started taking Valsartan/HCTZ, which probably wouldn't influence this?

4. The emotional symptoms have been going on only with these symptoms.

5. I don't smoke (never have) - I do drink wine - 1-2 glasses daily

6. No fever, little appetite, no vomiting - gained about 3-4 pounds in last month (after having lost weight consistently over the last year - by eating well and exercising - still eating the same)

7. No previous abdominal problems in the past except an ovarian cyst about 7 years ago (no ovaries present).

8. Sleep pattern hasn't changed except I can't lay flat on that side because it hurts

9. I don't have any reports except my doctor said the CT scan of my abdomen showed no hernia or anything that would cause the pain I am experiencing. I am supposedly getting a referral to a gastroenterologist, but they haven't called me, and I will be out-of-town next week, and am concerned. I did have some unrelated blood work for my rheumatologist and my creatinine levels were high. He retested it yesterday and I don't know the results. Don't know if that would have anything to do with this.

10. That is about all I think that I have to share.

Forgot to mention that the pain is less when I first get up and and grows more severe as the day goes along. By 4 or 5 pm it generally ranges about an 8 on the pain scale.
