Question: Hi, I have back pain both lower back and near neck. Now with lower back, i am getting pain in stomach next to naval region and motion is not free. Pls suggest alternatives treatments.

Pain in lower abdomen (naval region) associated with inability to pass motions suggests constipation.
The pain can be due to constipation.
Thus, it is important to treat constipation first.

Take plenty of fluids, fiber rich foods like whole grains, fruits & salads and less amount of refined foods.
Besides dietary management, you can take grain husk for prompt relief.

Thank u doctor. I am getting motion only with Ayurveda medicine. Avapati churnam. that it is loose motion. otherewise motion is very narrow. I will get reports and get back to you. Recently i was eating outside food. Not sure if there are worms. Pls suggest some medicine.

I suggest you to get a stool routine examination to know whether worms are present or not.
Treatmment for worms can only be given if worms are detected in stools.
