Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. By your description I would suggest you do an MRI to determine whether this is more than a just a muscle sprain.
However, if the proper diagnostic steps have been performed and it has been concluded that it is indeed a muscle sprain, the alternative to Spasmindon in the United States are Bentyl, Dilomine, Dibent, Byclomine or Di-Spaz. You need a prescription for these so, if Spasmindon has been effective for you, you can mention these alternatives to your doctor. In the mean time, you can use Voltaren gel, Cataflam or Zipsor that can be found over the counter, as well as Advil or Tylenol high strength.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have further questions.
wishing you good health and all the best.

Thank you very much for your prompt advice. I will seek MRI scan in next Doctor appointment. As I don't want to take pain killers for more than 3 weeks, I will be grateful to you if you can prescribe one of those 5 medicines to enable me to buy them and try as I hope this pain is related to Gastric / spasm -cramp etc. I can also buy if you guide me where to buy near 95118 CA or any online source. Just 5 or 6 tabs will do to check the effectiveness of them. Later I will get them thru My Dr.

Detailed Answer:
Doctors on this site answer questions on health problems, as well as advice, suggest or instruct on what is best for the patient, based on their personal and professional opinion. However, they are not authorized to prescribe medication. This should be done by a treating doctor, one who has thorough knowledge of your medical history and has examined you in person.
Until your doctor's appointment, the over the counter medication I suggested above is a good start.

I hope you understand. Wishing you good health and all the best.
