Question: LAYING ON MY BACK AT NIGHT I WAKE UP TO BODY NUMBNESS AND PAIN, IF I LAY ON MY STOMACH THE PAIN IS RELIEVED BUT I CANT SLEEP?! PLEASE HELP

It is possible you have spine or pancreas problem.

Low back pain relieving on lying on your front could be due to lumbar canal stenosis, pancreatitis, some kinds of spondylolisthesis.

I would advise you get a lumbosacral spine Xray and am abdominal ultrasound to confirm.

Avoid fatty food, bending backwards or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the affected region.
