Brief Answer:
This might be another diverticulitis episode. Please consult your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Diverticulitis is a disease which can lead to intestine perforation. Not every case of diverticulitis must give exactly the same symptoms. Also duration of symptoms can vary.
If you have any suspicions that this pain can be caused by diverticulitis, you should not wait with it any longer. Inflammation can be advanced and might need a stay in a hospital.
Other possible reasons of your pain are spine disc problem and urinary tract infection.
Spine disc problem gives pain worse when bending of lifting. It may radiate to legs (one or both).
Urinary tract infection can give also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, fever.

I suggest you to consult your doctor as soon as possible. Blood work should be done to see if there is an inflammation (elevated WBC and CRP indicate it). Abdominal ultrasound should be performed to find out if diverticles are inflamed. Urine analysis is also necessary.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
