What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Headache?

Question: Hello suddenly yesterday I got pain in my lower back and front left side later in the night I got a headache I did have a bowl movement yesterday while it hurt I thought maybe it would stop hurting but it didn't I did go to the chiropractor on Friday I did mention it to him he said my kidneys were there but if it gets worse go see me Dr.

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Judging from your description I would say that your chiropractor is probably right. The fact that the pain is distributed in the front makes a muscular or spine related back issue (also I think a chiropractor should spot that). A bowel related pain doesn't usually manifest in the back.

So a urinary tract issue is possible, such as a stone or infection. Try to drink plenty of water, can also continue Ibuprofen. If it persists for a few more days though or there are other symptoms such as fever, then you you should see your physician as some simple tests for the cause (urine analysis, blood count, ultrasound) and additional prescription treatment may be needed.

Yes it could be, actually that is the first option I suggested followed by infection. Sorry if I wasn't more clear what I meant by stones, I meant stone in the kidney.
