Brief Answer: differential diagnosis Detailed Answer: Hello, the symptoms you project may occur due to various possibilities. With frequent bowel movements, pain etc colitis seems very likely. Other possibilities are appendicitis, diverticulitis, IBS etc. Since you have had a hysterectomy gynaecological problems are less likely. I would advise a stool examination. Antibiotics may be required. An abdominal examination should be done.
