Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to Colitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

If there is absence of vomiting and loss of appetite there is no cause for concern. Going by description of your symptoms it is likely to be due to Colitis. Exact diagnosis will however depend on clinical examination.

I would recommend the following

1. Antibiotics like Metronidazole

2. Intake of soft diet

3. High fiber diet

4. Plenty of Oral fluids

If the pain worsens then would suggest you to consult your physician for further assessment.

Take care
