Question: my wife is in her 14th week, today she was complaining about lower abdominal pain.

is it normal

There is possibility of urinary tract infection at this stage of pregnancy. Moreover there is possibility of pain as uterus will be enlarging.

Get her urine routine test done to check if there is urinary tract infection so that treatment can be started.
