Brief Answer:
FOLLOW THE ADVICE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

According to information, abdominal pain and bleeding may be due to withdrawal effect of the I-pill, which corresponds with normal period cycle.

I suggest her to take combined medication of Tranexamic acid and Mefanimic acid like TRAPIC-MF etc to improve the presenting condition. Along with, she can take hot water bag on back side or use muscle relaxant gel (like VOLINI).

Hope, I have answered your query. If you don't have any other query, you can close the discussion.

Thanks for answering the query.
Her periods were delayed by a couple of days. Laso, she is confused if these are her periods. The bleeding is much more than that happens during normal periods. Also, she says bleeding is not thick as in her normal periods.
An hour ago, she discharged something gelatenous with blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

Late period is mostly due to effect of the I-pill as a result of hormonal imbalance and mental stress. It is quite common.

In this case, withdrawal bleeding coincides with normal period date. That's why, bleeding is much more as compared to her previous period.

I suggest her to take above medicine (TRAPIC-MF) FOR 2-3 days to reduce pain and bleeding. If it still persists, then she must consult with local Gynecologist for next level management.

Hope, it helps for you. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any query.

Good luck and all the best.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
