Brief Answer:
precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX, I appreciate your compliance.
I have seen all the attached reports.
Your wife has normal reports so nothing active needs to be done for her but still her thyroid hormone profile hasn't been done or uploaded.
So attach the report in case you have one and in case the test was skipped by mistake, get it done as soon as possible.
But your semen analysis is not good and that's why you need to take supplements as your sperm count, motility and morphology are on lower side.
Take tablet Co-Q forte or fertiza-M or macsoza sachets twice a day for 3 months.
In the meanwhile
- take good amount of fruits and salads daily,
- avoid smoking and alcohol
- avoid stress or sleep lags
- can try yoga or meditation
- drink lots of water and lime juice.
- avoid tight underclothes or tight jeans for long hours.
- take good amount of milk, almonds and walnuts and citrus fruits as much as possible.
Also get following blood tests for yourself - FSH,LH, prolactin levels, serum testosterone and scrotal ultrasound and Doppler.
Try these simple measures and till then indulge in mid cycle intercourse viz intercourse on alternate days from day 10-day18 of your wife's periodic cycle (taking first day of periods as day 1 of periodic cycle).
Wish you all the best.

Brief Answer:
PCOD in your wife

Detailed Answer:
Yes I have seen that the testosterone levels are on higher side and as per her cycle day, even her LH is high and both of these point towards the presence of PCOD in her.
I have seen other newly attached reports too.
But that is not a major issue and can be handled easily by special induction drugs but poor semen parameters are a major issue so should be dealt first.
In the meantime all we can do is to get a transvaginal ultrasound for your wife on day 2 or 3 of her periods to see for antral follicle count which will document the presence of PCOD in her.
Till then best is to keep taking drugs as prescribed to you regularly.
Take care.
