Brief Answer:
please provide more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

please clarify how low is your oxygen and how it was measured (arterial blood gas or pulse oxymetry). Do you have any symptoms besides palpitations? Please keep in mind that low oxygen requires either heart or lung disorder. There are few exceptions. Some hemoglobinopathies may cause low affinity to oxygen, so the oxygen saturation may be low but the patients are asymptomatic.

I'll be waiting for your input...
