Brief Answer:
side effect of medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

FLuoxetine is an SSRI group of drug. Low libido and delayed ejaculation are side effects of the same. Almost 8 to 20% of the patients taking the drug suffer from this.

In this case you need to take cyproheptidine, tadalafil and/or tetrafol plus to reduce side effect.

However in my opinion better option is to shift to another drug like mirtazapine or desvenlafaxine which does not have side effect of sexual dysfunction.

Please discuss this aspect with your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
