Question: I'm wondering how I can tell the health of my heart.

Im 31 my resting heart rate is somewhere around 72 bpm 80/120 approx
or lower blood pressure i weight 142 lb and am 5-9

I have excercised on and off hard/not at all my entire life. somewhat active life style. not fat.
My concern is that my performance having sex has greatly decreased over the past few years and I want to turn it around! without viagra or what not.

I smoke cannabis regularly but recently invested in a vaporizer. will that help with blood circulation or is it still very bad?

ive greatly reduced drinking/stress increased sleeping. im doing pushups/pullsup 3x a week for 1 hour. with small breaks between each set.

what is the most important type of excercie for my concern?

will my pushups and pullups do the trick or do i need a slow steady cardio 3x a week?

Thanks!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You have abused in the past with alcohol and drugs (including cocaine and marijuana) which influence directly on your sexual performance and impotence.

It's a well-known fact that smoking weed regularly influence negatively sexual performance. Moreover, using to often drugs (weed, cocaine or alcohol) together with stress disorders and anxiety will negatively influence your sexual life.

This is why you should stop using weed (marijuana), alcohol or other unhealthy substances which negatively affect your sexual life.

Moreover, I would like to suggest as follows:
- Drink plenty of waters and fresh exotic fruit juice ( strawberry, avocado, grape fruits, pomegranates etc).
- Avoid using tight underwear because they affect negatively sexual life.
- Eat shrimp and other sea foods
- Avoid heavy liftings
- Increase walking running ( always don't use tigh underwear), pullups and pushups execise.
- Avoid cycling

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

The unwanted side effect on male sexual performance is related to it's principe active called tetra hydro canabinol or Thc. No matter how you take marijuana it will affect your sexual performance.

However, if you take it vaporized you will take smaller doses and it will affect you less if compared with smoking directly.

Hope this will be of help!

Hi back,

It's a well-known fact that shrimps and other sea foods products has a positive effect on sexual performance because they are reach on zinc and other aphrodisiac substances. This is why it's recommended to increase their use in order to improve your sexual life.

Your actual diet may substitute (since you are taking also supplements) the majority of sea foods aphrodisiac substances. However, I would like to suggest taking one or two times a week natural sea products.

Hope this will be of help!
