Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Seems that your blood pressure is just a bit lower and you have also tachycardia.

This could be explained by several reasons like:
- the presence of tachyarrhythmia
- fever
- chronic anemia
- hypoglycemia (low blood glucose)
- hypovolemia (caused by dehydration, diarrhea, vomiting, profuse sweating, etc.)
- heart failure
- metabolic disorders such as thyroid and adrenal gland dysfunction
- sometimes pain such as abdominal pain
- etc.

Regarding dizziness, sweating and weakness, they may be the clinical expression of the above mentioned clinical conditions.

If nothing of the above seems to be probable, and just a relative hypovolemia (fluid loss) may be responsible, you should take plenty of fluids (water and juices), stay in a cool environment.

Otherwise a careful differential diagnosis should be performed.

Coming to this point I would recommend you a medical check up by your attending doctor, including a careful physical examination, a resting ECG (to investigate possible arrhythmia), a cardiac ultrasound (to explore your cardiac function), a chest x ray film study, a complete blood count (for excluding anemia), PCR, thyroid, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, fasting blood glucose, etc..

If an infectious cause is suspected, more specific tests should be checked (an infectious disease specialist) would be necessary.

If you have more details of your recent medical history and any performed tests, please upload them for a review and a more specific advice.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions, whenever you need!

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri
