Brief Answer:
The liquor is increasing good.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The increase in liquor by one cm in 10 days is good. It is a satisfactory response to the medicine. It is best to continue with this medicine. The low liquor level can be due to poor diet, low protein intake, renal problem in the baby, etc. If baby is normal on ultrasound scan then you need not worry and try to give her a high protein diet.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Pulses, milk and egg white will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Coconut water is good for her. She can take milk twice a day, take egg white, dairy products and all the pulses regularly. All these will help in formation of adequate liquor.
