Causes of bleeding in urine should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

He has bleeding in urine.

common cause of bleeding in urine are stone or tumor in kidney or bladder.

His low RBC mass is due to blood loss from urine.

He should go for ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder to search the pathology.

He should also check his coagulation profile once to rule out bleeding tendency.
