Brief Answer:
This is not emergency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your symptoms are not fitting into one particular cause. But they don't seem like an emergency.

Gangrene won't present with such symptoms, nor it can be missed by ER doctors. Gangrene typically presents with more severe symptoms and with it you would have not been able to move around.

Ideal would be to see a proctologist, these doctors are specialized in rectal area.

This should help you.

Please ask if there are doubts. Regards.
