Does your son lose consciousness when he falls? Are there any abnormal movements of the face, hands or legs? Is there history of fits any time in the past.
If any of these is present then he requires to have EEG and / or CT scan of the brain.
If these are normal he would require EKG and Holter monitoring to know if the fall is related to an abnormal heart beat.
