Brief Answer:
Iron deficiency anemia noted from tests...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query and after going through the attached report, my opinion is as follows:

1. She has iron deficiency anemia. - The hemoglobin is moderately reduced. Iron supplements are necessary.

2. I am not sure, if she is diabetic or not. The increased C-reactive protein and lipoprotein levels indicate ongoing mild inflammation, which is possibly increasing the risk of coronary heart disease.

3. Calcium level is mildly reduced. The reducing calcium at the age, increases risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures. Calcium supplements along with weight based muscle strengthening exercises beneficial to improve bone density.

4. Serum albumin is mildly reduced. Increased intake of protein in diet is essential. 1g/kg body weight is the requirement normally.

5. Vit D level is also. This could explain additional calcium deficiency. Both calcium and Vit D supplements along with sun exposure necessary.

6. Folic acid is low, while Vit B12 is normal. Not to worry. Green leafy vegetables are rich in folic acid.

Overall - Anemia is important. Iron importantly along with Folic acid and Vit B12 supplements.
Hypocalcemia due to Vit D deficiency. Both supplements necessary.

Control of blood sugar good. Continue the same.

TSH level is mildly elevated. Need followup repeat thyroid profile after 3 and 6 months to rule out subclinical hypothyroidism. Thyroxine therapy may become necessary in future.

Weight reduction, moderate exercises and balanced diet is necessary.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
