Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Patient has too much anticipatory anxiety with continuous thoughts of future events. No wish to have food and no taste. These features are suggestive of anxiety with depression.
Zenoxa is an anti epileptic drug used in bipolar depression. Qutan is also used in Bipolar depression. Bupropion is an antidepressant. Clonazepam is an anti anxiety medicine.

I would start 0.25 mg clonazepam in morning and noon and 0.5 mg at night. Keep other medicines same. Wait for 2 days if no improvement, then the treatment can be modified. Clonazepam is a prescription only drug. I will recommend you discuss about this option with the treating doctor.

Considering symptoms you mentioned I feel an SSRI(sertraline, escitalopram, fluoxetine) should be added for improvement.
If patient is not taking food since more than 3 days take her to doctor immediately for evaluation.
For more comments I need to know her detail history of illness(with duration and symptoms) or diagnosis made by treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
