What Causes Loose Stools And Stomach Pain?

Question: I have had loose bowels and upset stomach with in the last 4 days get to feeling a little better but when moving around or eating something start getting wave of pain in my stomach was wondering if I should call my Doctor

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be a case of gastroenteritis. If its a viral illness then most likely it will subside within the next few days. All that would be required would be isotonic fluid replacement to avoid dehydration. Antispasmodic agents like hyoscine butylbromide can be used for the associated pain. If there is fever, blood in stool, leukocytosis, associated with cramping and tenesmus then an infectious cause requiring antibiotics plus fluid replacement is more likely. It would be an appropriate choice to call your doctor to examine you and advise accordingly.
