Brief Answer:
try lactose free formula

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the reports.
From your description and reports two things are certain
A. Enterococcus infection. I hope your doctor would have already prescribed antibiotics for that. Complete 7 days of antibiotics.
B. Lactose intolerance.
Reducing substances are positive. This is commonly seen after an episode of diarrhoea. This is transient and will improve in 2 to 3 weeks if you give lactose free formula like isomil.
If your baby is otherwise active gaining weight don't worry.
Ensure you feed frequently with breastmilk and lactose free formula.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
