Question: What is causing my lips to swell and my left palm to swell painfully?

I can understand your situation and problem.
Lip swelling with hand swelling is commonly seen due to allergy.
Something bite, skin infection etc can also cause similar symptoms.
So better to start combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
If not improving in 2-3 days then consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination.

1. Do you have itching?
2. Is the skin overlying swelling is red, inflammed?
