Brief Answer:
physical rehabilitation therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

In my opinion, these symptoms are related to postural orthostatic hypotension (pots syndrome) where in there is sudden increase in heart rate and decrease in BP on standing.

You are on the right treatment. But if I were your treating doctor, I would have increased the dosage of the beta blocker to 50 mg along with increased fluid intake. Besides that Physical rehabilitation is something that has helped many with similar problems. You should try that.

Hope my answers have helped you.

Brief Answer:
Physical therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your follow up query.

Medication in this type of illness is mainly to control blood pressure and heart rate. If your BP is dropping down to 90/50 then keep aten at 25 mg only. I suggest you approach your treating doctor and ask about physical rehabilitation. This therapy will allow central compensation to occur which may help to reduce dizziness to some extent.

Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks. Pleased to help you further.
