Brief Answer:
Neurological examination is recommended....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully.

You are reporting to have an episode of lightheadedness with tingling feeling in your lips. I'd like to have a few more details regarding your health situation:
- was this episode happening after you drink salt water with honey?
- did you make a sharp movement of your head or body?
- are you going through a stressful life situation?
- any other medical concern?

The slight increase in blood pressure you noticed was due to the episode you went through. It is a normal reaction of your body to such episodes (with increased blood pressure and heart rates).

I advise to:
- monitor your blood pressure, record the results to pass for further evaluation by your doctor
- consult further with neurologist to rule out neurological problems.

Looking forward to have the requested data in for specific advice!

I am feeling better now, I suspect maybe my blood sugar was low or my adrenals were messed up. A few minutes ago I ate part of a banana and I am feeling better, almost back to normal, just a little scared :)

No sudden movements, I was in a meeting at work and I started feeling like that.
No stress that I know although my heart rate variability readings were indicating I had stress but I think it was related to how I was feeling, this morning the HRV numbers were low (low stress)

Earlier in this year I ended up in the ER because I had the same feeling with numbness in my left side, chest and arm, went through the whole heart attack protocol and they found nothing, later with my cardiologist he did several tests including the one where they inject a radioactive substance in your blood and do a stress test and take photos of your heart and found nothing, he gave me a clear XXXXXXX of health for the next 5 years from his perspective.

Brief Answer:
Happy to know that everything is settled...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for your further details.

From what you are describing, your symptoms might have been related to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels), especially if you :
- skip your meals
- were well stabilized after eating banana

I advise to:
- have your meals regularly
- avoid foods high in simple sugar that will trigger hypoglycemia episodes
- avoid staying in standing or sitting positions for long periods

Happy to hear that everything is settled!
