Question: I have been feeling very lightheaded for the last 5 days, and a few times felt like I was going to pass out. I have been dieting and eating very clean for the last 2 months. I’ve also been walking about 3 miles a day. I’ve lost 12 lbs.

Brief Answer:
Possible hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can certainly understand your concern and have worked through your attached query in detail.

Considering your symptoms it's advisable to rule out low blood pressure (hypotension) or a pre syncopal episode.

Excessive dieting is not advisable in your case considering your age.

It's advisable to consider few important tests like ECG and blood pressure measurement.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Hope I have answered your query.
Take care,
