Question: I went to and neurotologist to find out why I have lightheadedness and dizziness I feel unsteady when I'm standing and also feel like the floor is moving when I walk I had a vertigo spell - one only - in November and left me this way. Dr. said it is not an inner ear issue but the central nervous system .. I am so nervous.. All MRI and mras were all normal. Is there's something for me to worry.

Brief Answer: please dont worry! Detailed Answer: hello!! Please dont worry!! There are many causes for lightheadedness and is a very common complaint.! The cause can vary from low hemoglobin levels to low blood sugars , it can also be due to postural hypotension , vision disorders , inner ear problem , heart problem and central nervous system disorders. Since your scans are normal. you dont have to worry , would however like you to meet an ent doctor to check you ear and ask you to do an Audiogram and also a physician for the blood tests like Hemoglobin Blood sugar sodium and potassium levels please also do an elctrocardiogram (ECG) please get back to me with the reports so that i am in a better position to help you. meanwhile you can take tab vertin 8 mg twice a day for the light headedness , this will make you feel better. Take care!

Brief Answer: plese meet a physician Detailed Answer: hello If your mri and other scans are normal , then it is not likely to be due to a central nervous system (CNS) disorder, although this cannot be ruled out completely. but remember CNS disordrs are a relatively rare cause for your symptoms nd therefore i would like you to rule out a more common cause for light headedness like low blood sugars. Please get the tests done and upload the reports. Take care

Brief Answer: please meet a cardiologist! Detailed Answer: hello Your blood reports seem to be normal and this is good news! However i would still like to meet a cardiologist , to rule out any heart condition causing your symptoms . i would also like you to monitor your blood pressure at least 3-4 times a day , specially in the morning as soon as you get up. please get back t me with the cardiologist report. Doctor thinks it's anxiety! How can he say that my symptoms are anxiety!

Brief Answer: it is possible! Detailed Answer: Hello well , it is also a possibility since light headedness is generally one of the common symptoms of psychological disorders like anxiety and depression. but this is a diagnosis of exclusion and we only ask a patient for counselling once the common causes for the lightheadedness are ruled out. Please meet the cardiologist first and get back to me with the reports.! Take care
