Brief Answer:
Observe for one more week

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Copper T insertion is associated with bleeding and spotting for few days to weeks.
However, the bleeding is light and resolves spontaneously on its own.
You need not worry if the bleeding is not heavy as it will stop in next 4-5 days.
If the bleeding is heavy, you can take tranexemic acid tablet once to twice a day to decrease the bleeding.
If the bleeding doesn't stops in next one week or is not reduced by tranexemic acid, then you should consult your doctor as you may need Copper T removal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Not due to corpus luteal cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
If you are supposed to get your periods in next5 days, then you should observe whether you have the bleeding even after the expected duration of the periods is over.
If the bleeding is continuing, then you have to get the copper T removed, as sometimes the copper T causes continuous spotting and bleeding, for which the removal is the only treatment.
The bleeding is not due to corpus luteal cysts or danazol.
The bleeding is due to the reaction of the uterine lining to the copper T.
