Brief Answer:
Maybe ovulation bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
I have gone through your history and in my opinion it can be due to ovulation bleeding.
The bleeding during ovulation occur due to fall in estrogen level.
It may resolved by its own, so no treatment is required.
If bleeding persist for long and become heavy you should consult a Gynecologist for the same.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
The chances in each cycle is only 28%.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You are always welcome.
I can understand your situation but mature follicle size should be more than 18 mm for rupture and it may release an egg.
As in your case it is only 14 mm the chances are low.
But as the size is not only concern, timing is also very important.
The chances of pregnancy get increased when sperm is available to fertilized the released egg.
The chances of pregnancy is only 28% in each cycle.
So don't be dishartened and try again and again.
Good luck.
