Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms seem to be related to orthostatic hypotension, which may be caused by the antihypertensive therapy that you are taking.

What are your blood pressure values during the day?

Are you taking other drugs against high blood pressure, besides perindropril?

What dose of perindopril are you taking? When did you start taking it?

When did you first experience the actual symptoms?

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure during sitting and standing up position different times during the day and refer those values to your attending physician.

A careful physical examination, a head up tilt test for orthostatic hypotension and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, renal and liver function tests) should be done to exclude other causes that may lead to your symptomatology.

If you are taking only perindopril and your blood pressure is low most of the time you should stop taking it, or reduce the dose gradually.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!

Greetings!
