Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
The kind of of skin lesion you have could have either developed due to a drug reaction called fixed drug eruption or it could be an episode of herpes labialis.
Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page .
I would like to have a look at the exact skin lesion.
Also please tell what all medicines were you taking at the time of development of this pigmentation . Any pain killers or medicines for fever, cough or upset abdomen?
Any itching or pain in the area .
Did you notice any fluid filled blisters?
Any redness in the area prior to development of pigmentation?

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures along with the above details.
