Question: I dont know what this is it doesn't itch or hurt. It started out small and is getting bigger and spreading to my chest to

I've reviewed the image and can understand your concern.

In my opinion, lesions as seen in image probably suggest ptriyasis versicolor. It is a mild type of fungal infection occurring in humid and hot climates. You need not to worry much about it.

Application of shampoo contaning ketoconazole will help. Apply it just before bath and wash after 2 to 3 minutes. However it will take 2 to 4 weeks for complete clearance of lesions.
