Question: Hello Sir. I am diabetic. As per last test my sugar level was 116 in fasting. The problem is I am feeling extreme weakness in my legs. It is like I have lost all my stamina. Even I am afraid of climbing stairs. After some light exercise I feel tired. For last three months I am facing difficulty in swallowing food. I have consulted neurologist and doctor has prescribed some tests and advised hospitalization. Prescription is attached with this query. If you have some better advice for this type of problem please suggest me so that I can opt for better treatment.

Brief Answer:
Get admitted and evaluated in a hospital under neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
If you have difficulty in deglutition and speech difficult, then hospitalization is required for further work up and treatment.
Your prescription is also showing possibility of myasthenia gravis or CIDP which needs work up.
In CIDP, weakness in all limbs occur due to injury to nerves.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
