What Causes Leg Pain And Weakness While Recovering From Viral Fever?

Question: Hi, I was suffering from fever 6 days back, Fever has gone 3 days back, But still there is huge pain in leg muscles, Feeling lot of weakness, Please suggest a solution and how much time this will take to be normal.

I do 5 Km running and work out in morning, But due to fever I had to stop, Should I restart now.

Hi,
Thank you for query.

Normally post viral or typhoid fever body ache, giddiness and fatigue sustains atleast for 1 month.
Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 litres per day.
Take lot of fruits and boiled vegetables,avoid non veg,fatty diet for few days.

Take C.Becosules Z one tablet for 1 month.
For now you can go for mild walking. Don't do aggressive exercises.
