Brief Answer:
Clinical examination is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. First of all, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms do not suggest multiple sclerosis (MS) or stroke.

However, you need a detailed neurological examination done by a doctor.

After that, if needed, an MRI of brain may be done to exclude the diagnosis of MS and stroke.

The more likely causes could be vitamin B12 deficiency, calcium deficiency, etc, which can be tested in blood tests.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
