Brief Answer:
Could be due to a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that the mentioned symptoms are due to a viral infection. Such a presentation is often encountered and you need not worry about it. No intervention is needed at the present state. You should avoid exposures to cold temperatures. If the condition worsens it might be a good idea to visit a doctor. However, I have doubts whether such a thing would be needed.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
