We need to rule out cardiac cause first for left left sided chest pain under collar bone, as your age is more (63).
So get done ecg first.
If ecg is normal then no need to worry for cardiac cause.
Possibility of musculoskeletal Pain is more.

If these symptoms are present then you need chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
