Brief Answer:
your symptoms may be due to Acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
your symptoms are likely to be due to hyperacidity and reflux of acid into your food pipe upwards from stomach.
You must take following precautions
1.Avoid spicy and fast food full with chillies.
2.Take small frequent meals 3 to 4 times a day instead of 2 large meals.
3.Avoid sleeping in supine position atleast for 3 hours after having meal.
4.Avoid smoking,tobacco,pain killers and alcohol.
5.You may take Tab.Rabeprazole 20 mg along with Domparidone combination before breakfast for about 2 weeks.
If you are not better with above measures you should consult a physician for evaluation,
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
