1. pain - exact site ( area below the ribs on the back or you can judge in
relation to highest point of hip bone ) , intensity , severity , frequency ,
radiation or shifting anywhere , aggravating , relieving factors
2. pain is only left side sure or also middle of back over spine
3. associated symptoms like nausea , vomit , fever , loss of appetite
4. urinary problems - burning / red urine
5. bowel habits
6. history of any fall or trauma
7. pain involving left leg or difficulty in walking / bending & lifting weight

Brief Answer:
Inflammatory lesion requires ultrasound examination .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
* Seems inflammatory lesion most likely .
* Require evaluation with ultrasound examination .
* Suggested to apply alternate ice pack and heating pad to get better early ,
addition of tylenol (500)mg morning and evening after meals with ibuprofen
will give more pain relief .
* Some question in regards to this
1. is anything elevated over the skin surface , changes of skin color, texture
2. total duration of pain
3. progress of the hard egg feeling from beginning to this moment fast/slow
4. fever if any
Thanks regards .
