What causes left side paralysis after brain aneurysm?

Question: Hi Doc,
Last year my mother had gone for Brain Aneurysm and she had aOpen Surgery for Clipping. Operation was sucessfull but she is suffering from left side paralysis. After a year her lag is recovering but still her left hand and eyes are yet not fuctionating. What i can do? She is doing her physo excesise regularly. Is there any specific traeatment?

At this stage, physiotherapy should be continued to enhance her chances of recovery. There is no specific therapy with any medications to improve her weakness.
