You are having left inferior turbinate hypertrophy

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having left inferior turbinate hypertrophy .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
avoid Nasavion drops long term use itself will cause nose block,
use steam inhalation by vaporizer twice daily ,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily like solspre ,
use tab Romilast L 10 or Montek Lc at night ,
Use combination nasal spray like Nezalast or Duonase, 2 puff each nostril twice daily & use warm water gargle 20 mins after steroid spray .

You will get relief .

Investigation needed CT Scan PNS to know extend of disease & severity.
If you have done this tests before then upload reports. Whether it is temporary or permanent will be clear on CT Scan report .

Decision of operation if needed can be taken after this investigations.

Thank you very much Doc!!!

I will upload the results of the scan and other details as suggested.

I had cisulted Dr. Neerav Chheda, at Ghatkopar and he had informed me that this could be a result of some allergy and but could not come to a conclusion about the cause.

I will start the treatment suggested and revert wth the results.

Thanks and Regards,
Ravindra Behera.
