Brief Answer:
Diabetes blisters

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Such unnoticed blisters usually happen in diabetes.
I advice you to get blood sugar levels checked.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine.
This will prevent development of secondary infection.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
