Brief Answer:
Requires to be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
The lack of energy along with excess thirst and urination, loss of weight, dizziness, feeling low and depressed could all point to diabetes or other systemic diseases. It's preferable that you see a doctor and have your blood sugar and other tests done.
If you have done some tests recently, please upload them and I shall interpret the results.
The other possibility is an emotional problem, depression. This requires to be assessed if no physical cause is found.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.
