What Causes Lack Of Appetite And Nausea While Eating While On Prozac?

Question: I have not had an appetite to eat for over a month. With that being said, I may force eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, and force down a protein shake at night for nutrients, but regardless I'm never hungry and eating makes me feel nauseated. I take 20mg of Prozac daily for anxiety and depression, but recently things have been worse than ever. I have no motivation for things, I'm constantly nervous even when there is not anything important going on, and I have lost my constant drive for motivation and success. I'm a straight A student as a XXXXXXX in college, and out of no where everything seems to have fallen apart. My biggest concern is the fact that I can not and do not eat anything. What should I do?

Anxiety and depression lead to reduced appetite and decreased oral intake of nutrients. It usually leads to nutritional deficiency which intern further reduces intake.
In your case consultation with Psychiatrist and psychiatric counselling will be helpful.
Apart from it , i would suggest you the following

1. Regular exercise especially brisk 30 minutes walk. It releases endorphins and gives a feed good factor

2. Sufficient intake of water
