Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
First of all, all the sex workers are not necessarily HIV positive women.
All exposures are not infectious. 30-40% of Spouses of HIV positive individuals are remaining HIV negative in spite of their regular and consistent sexual activities and are called as sero-discordant couple.
At the same time, exposure lasted for just a minute or not seeing any fluid when withdrawn the penis did not assure that there is no risk.
Your symptoms are not quite common in early (Primary HIV infection) manifestations of HIV infection. Yours symptoms would unlikely be to due to HIV/STD or your exposure.
Only serological tests for HIV can either confirm or rule out HIV. So 12 weeks after the exposure have a HIV test and rule out HIV and relax for ever. Stick to a safe sex in future.

Brief Answer:
HIV risk with deep kissing is negligible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The HIV risk involved with deep kissing is negligible only as per CDC, XXXXXXX USA.
You had exposure before ten months?! Just have a HIV test and rule out HIV. It will relieve all your mental tension. Otherwise it will linger and trouble you even for a head ache. Have a good day.

Sir One last question

Does a seroconverted person gain or lose weight

doctor
Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (30 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Weight gain is not anyway related to HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
After seroconversion the individual remains healthy without much change in weight till 5-7 years or more. Only when his immunity declines below dangerous level the individual will loose weight. Extreme loss of weight will occur only in advanced cases (after 12 years of infection without any treatment).
