Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Having a knee elbow pain and a swollen bruise on heel doesn't necessarily means Lyme's disease , any problem can cause joint pains and there is a typical Bull's eye rash in Lyme's disease. I would also like to know why have you mentioned Lyme's in particular? have you had it before? do you have many ticks around you?.


It will be more helpful if you can upload a picture of bruise you are having, this will help me further to see if it is any thing close to a Lyme's disease rash or not.

Currently there doesn't seem to be anything emergent you in my opinion do not need to visit a doctor in emergency you can ice the bruise and take Tylenol 500mg for pain. I would suggest you to attach a picture of bruise with your question so that it can be evaluated.

I would also like you to tell me if there are any other symptoms along with these joint pains and bruise?.
