Hello and thanks for your question.

Cocaine does extreme damage to your heart and blood vessels. Your joints swell and bumps occur because of the extremely dangerous physical effects of cocaine on your body. You need to visit an ER immediately, and stop using cocaine permanently.

Welcome back,

Yes, the nostril swelling is most likely caused by the cocaine.

It is impossible to determine how much damage you have done to your nose without examining it. You need to visit a doctor to examine your nose. Often swelling from cocaine use is not permanent, but in some cases it is. You need to visit a doctor for an examination.

You wrote above "how long do you think nostrill sweeling will take to go away"

I assume by "nostrill sweeling" you mean "nostril swelling" which refers to the nose where you snort cocaine.

Any bone swelling other than the nose is not caused by cocaine.

Detailed Answer:
The bone swelling you are describing is not caused by cocaine. I am not able to perform a physical exam on you. You need to visit a doctor in person for a physical exam to determine the cause of the bone swelling you are describing, and once the cause is determined, the doctor can then determine if this is reversible or not.
